Hi Redwood Riders, (cgadistrict9.com)
New! Registration starts at 8:00 Rides start at 9:00 sharp. Next show September 28th at Eddy Ranch. The weather’s looking great for this weekend. The temperatures should reach the upper 80’s during the week, but cool down for the weekend. Hope to see you all out on Sunday, bright and early. Barring any emergencies, we will start taking signups at 8am and start our show promptly at 9am! (I know, I know – that’s a long shot – but we always shoot for it.) Volunteers helping to set up the first events are crucial to getting started on time. START TIME! 9AM Remember our new start time at 9AM sharp! This means that signups start at 8am and any help setting up is always appreciated.
!SNACK SHACK Jan Brandon has been really faithful running our snack shack this last year. Thanks so much, Jan. However, she is tired and would like to help in other areas of our club. If you have a hankerin’ to run the snack shack, please let Rebekah know. For now, please be prepared to bring food. (Jan will offer drinks like she did last month.) We will be running eight events this week as well as a Run for Fun in order to boost the club’s profits, so there won’t be a formal lunch break or time for you to run to town.
RAFFLE Please continue to bring raffle items for our table. It really helps out the district.
Directions to Eddy: 14772 Bear Creek Road Continue through stop sign in Boulder Creek for ¼ mile. Turn right on Bear Creek Road Go approximately 2.5 miles. Ranch is on left.
There will be a cardboard sign about 50 yards before the turn – slow down when you get to a long straightaway and turn left into the pasture.
